Though we prefer all Bid Request to be in writing to better serve our Clients, we do accept Emergency Bid Request by phone. Please leave the following info when submitting your Bid Request: Company Name First Name Cell Property Address Gate Code Padlock Info Vacant or Occupied Property Service Turnaround Time Request (How Soon Do you Need Service Performed) Please allow 4 to 8 hours for all EMERGENCY BID REQUEST

Terms of the Performance Contract are determined on a case by case basis. Each Property Preservation Client and their property preservation needs are unique. Therefore, we pride ourselves in working closely with each and every project to ensure our client needs are met in the most efficient and profitable means available.

Clients may send a direct email to reopropertypreservationservice@gmail.com. Bids are usually submitted within 8 to 24hr timeframe depending upon the time of submission of the request and the perspective location of the property. If there are gate codes, locbox or padlocks present please present that information along with your Bid Request. Please also indicate If property is vacant or occupied and whether there are pets present. Please be advised that we will not move upon the property to make entrance of pets are present when we arrive. Please ensure all contact info submitted with your quote is correct in order best serve our clients, sometimes contact may be required by our team to gather more info on the property and to address other issues as they may arise.
